This agreement is a legal contract between you and GLaDOS VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') concerning the download, installation, and use of the VPN client application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App are held by the Service Provider according to applicable law. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security may cause the App to fail or increase security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also bound by those partners' respective terms of service.

Service limitations: this App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier policies. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. Roaming charges outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by device battery depletion, incorrect system settings, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and app information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within a reasonable scope. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: digital services, software licenses, or subscription rights are considered delivered once activated. Unless required by law or clearly stated by the platform, refund requests will not be accepted.

Product Evaluation: we encourage users to evaluate the service through free usage time, trial features, or public documentation before purchasing a paid plan.

Customer Support: if you encounter connection, account, or client issues, contact support. We will try to troubleshoot and provide practical guidance.

Technical Issues: occasional technical issues may affect the service experience. We will try to fix them or provide alternatives, but a technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital rights are shared, resold, abused, or used for unauthorized purposes.

Policy Changes: we may adjust this refund policy due to product, legal, or operational needs. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
